PhaNgan Animal Care (PAC) is primarily a nursing clinic, providing nursing and veterinary care for the island’s stray and unwanted animals. We have a dedicated neutering and vaccination programme, which has made an enormous difference to population control on the island, as well as the health of the individual animals.

FUNDRAISING NEWS!

As usual, the PAC team braved the Full Mooners in Haad Rin, armed with donation boxes, winning smiles and oodles of charisma. Between them, they successfully raised a fantastic ฿6939. Thank you to Roj, Carleigh, Rob, Rachel, Alison, Cheryl, Albert, Alice and Samantha for their wonderful work. Also to Nick and Namwan from Haad Rin Medical Centre who offered us the place outside their clinic to put a table with our selection of merchandise and information.

PAC ran into difficulty early last week when the jungle next door (also our burial ground for the ones who don't make it :-( ) was bulldozed to the ground. We are now working on raising money to build a crematorium at PAC and the money raised yesterday will go towards this.
